Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Shop pieces start at one. Keychains, bag tags, and metal cards are also sold in packs.
How do bulk discounts work?
Discounts apply to one design and are calculated at checkout. The product page shows the price for the quantity you enter. Some larger runs are a quote instead of a checkout.
How do I send a logo and names?
Email the logo and the list of names after checkout, or with a quote request. The studio says which file types work for that piece. This site does not store uploads.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. The studio emails a digital proof. Making starts only after you approve it, and the lead time starts then.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Local pickup is free and by appointment. Choose it on the Stripe checkout page. The studio confirms the pickup details when your order is ready.
What if I need it sooner?
Some pieces, including the hype chain, list a rush option on the product page. For any other rush request, send a quote.
